Double Your Fun!

Win an Orvis Trident Rod and Make Your Best Bid for a Ross Reel to Match!

The raffle prize is an Orvis Trident PM-10, two-piece, 8'6", 5 weight with the 25-year Orvis unconditional warranty. Orvis’s Trident technology damps rod vibrations to enhance both accuracy and distance. This beautiful tip-flex action rod features a stabilized redwood reel seat and titanium hardware, and titanium nitride guides for long wear and low friction. (Erik Bataille won the rod at the April meeting and donated it back to the Chapter. Thanks, Erik!)

Silent Auction

"Tying" The Raffle Ticket

Mailing regulations do not allow the GRTU Newsletter to print raffle tickets, so you can "tie" your own or print them from the GRTU Web site (www.grtu.org under the Events section).

The recipe:

  1. Write your name, address, and phone number on a slip of paper measuring about 1 by 3 inches.
  2. Repeat many times to increase your chances of winning.
  3. Count the tickets you’ve made and write a check for the appropriate amount: $6 for one, $15 for three, $30 for six, etc.
  4. Mail your tickets and your hand-crafted check to Stacy early enough so she’ll have them for the meeting and drawing January 23. (Address above.) Your raffle tickets must accompany your check.

Good luck!
