Does anyone happen to know the fly pictured on the front scroll of the GRTU website's homepage?

It looks like some kind of yellow caddis but I'm stumped. I'd like to find out where I could get some of those flies. Any help would be appreciated.

Hard to say, but looks like a yellow stimulator, possibly with some CdC in the wing.

That is Chris' (Matt's) version of the adult Hex.
It's my go to pattern when they are on the water and the fish are looking up.
It unfortunately does happen too often, but I'm ready!
