Whites past peak on upper Guad?

Haven't had much luck in the Rebecca Creek region. Maybe they're on the way back to the lake by now. Have seen some huge skittish fish 30" when the water is clear, they might be stripers. No luck catching any of them though.

Ron,

Did you and your group have any luck on the Medina?
I went the Saturday before and there were fish, not a lot and not interested in any thing I had.
There was a couple bait fishing that took home foru or five.

Yes, traditionally by mid to late April the white bass run above Canyon is winding down.

David, on the previous weekend, we found whites still hanging at the top end of the lake, but the number of females was up, including 16" females.
Didn't make it over this past weekend, but I suspect it was probably the densest run of the year after last Thursday's rain.
