For sure. I'm shooting on black plexiglass with a ringflash and a micro lens, and I drop a white card in the background to lighten the top. Beyond that, it's five years of school and ten years of shooting experience.tdnixon wrote:Superb photos!

I've been working on quite a few forward-facing hackles, aka sakasa kebari. I'm eager to try them out on our new batch of fish! Still working out a way to actually hold the fly for the photo.
